Desktop Supervisor – Repairs & Maintenance

Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000

We are recruiting an experienced Desktop Supervisor to support repairs and maintenance operations from an office-based setting in Sittingbourne. The role focuses on coordinating operatives, managing job allocations, monitoring performance, and ensuring service levels are met, with occasional site visits and travel to Hastings as required.

This position is ideal for a supervisor with strong organisational skills and experience in responsive maintenance environments, who can effectively support field teams and maintain high levels of operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in repairs & maintenance or property services supervision

• Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills

• Experience working with maintenance systems and KPIs

• Willingness to travel occasionally to Hastings and attend site visits
