We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a well-established contractor delivering Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance across South London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within social housing properties. The role offers long-term stability, a company van and fuel card, and the opportunity to work with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Completing work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
• Accurately completing job reports and required documentation

Requirements:

• Experienced Electrician
• NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Experience working within social housing properties
