Plumber Multi-Trader – Repairs & Maintenance
Location: Guildford
Salary: £38,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Type: Permanent | Full-time

We are recruiting an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the Guildford area. The role will involve plumbing works alongside a range of general maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in occupied homes and able to complete associated trades such as patch plastering, carpentry, or tiling where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumber Multi-Trader

• Strong plumbing skills with multi-trade capability

• Experience in residential repairs & maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering long-term stability, a £38,000 salary, company van and fuel card, with a leading Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance contractor.
