Location: South London
Salary: £48,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Type: Permanent | Full-time
We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout South London. The role will involve fault finding, testing, inspections, installations and general electrical repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within occupied residential properties and be confident delivering excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with current electrical regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a qualified Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
