Salary: £48,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Type: Permanent | Full-time

We are recruiting an experienced Floor Layer to carry out day-to-day flooring repairs and installations across social housing properties throughout North West London. The role will involve fitting a variety of floor coverings, completing responsive maintenance works, and ensuring all installations are finished to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in occupied residential properties and be confident fitting vinyl, safety flooring, laminate and carpet while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer
• Strong experience fitting vinyl, safety flooring, laminate and carpet
• Experience in Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering long-term stability, a £48,000 salary, company van and fuel card, with a leading Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance contractor.
