Location: Oldbury, West Midlands
Salary: £41,000 per year + Van & Fuel Card
Type: Permanent | Full-time

The Role
Support the delivery of repairs and maintenance contracts, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to a high standard, while minimising disruption to residents and meeting client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of Planned and/or R&M contracts

• Manage operatives and subcontractors to achieve performance targets

• Monitor quality, health & safety, and programme delivery

• Liaise with clients, resident groups, and internal teams

• Track contract performance and financials, including variations

About You

• Experience supervising contracts within repairs & maintenance

• Strong contract management and leadership skills

• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair

• Full UK driving licence
