Location: Stratford, Newham, Greater London
Salary: £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Type: Permanent | Full-time

The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day supervision, performance management, and service quality, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs

• Monitor productivity, quality, and first-time fix performance

• Carry out site visits, inspections, and health & safety checks

• Liaise with planners, administrators, and client teams

• Review completed works, variations, and job coding accuracy

• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

About You

• Experience as a Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative in social housing or property maintenance

• Strong multi-trade technical knowledge

• Good understanding of health & safety and compliance

• Confident managing teams and performance

• Full UK driving licence (CSCS / SSSTS or similar preferred)
