Location: Bromley / London (2–3 days office-based, remainder site-based)
Salary: £80,000–£85,000 + 10% Car Allowance + Paid Travel

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and manage planned works projects, with a focus on cladding, across London and the South East. You will oversee contract delivery, monitor commercial performance, manage operational teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, people management skills, and a solutions-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all operational and commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and KPI achievement

Lead, train, and motivate operational teams and supply chain partners

Monitor project cashflow, profitability, and risk, ensuring robust cost control

Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Oversee programme management, project mobilisation, and contractual reporting

Conduct site visits and supply chain performance reviews to ensure high standards

Promote a positive team culture, equality, and inclusion
About You

5+ years’ contract management experience in social housing or planned works, with cladding expertise

BSc in Construction Management (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 6

SMSTS and IOSH certified

Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Project and relevant IT systems
