Compliance Coordinator – Repairs & Maintenance
Location: Stratford (Office-based with hybrid WFH & site visits)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance
We are recruiting a Compliance Coordinator to support repairs and maintenance operations from the Stratford office. The role includes monitoring compliance with the Building Safety Act, liaising with site teams, reviewing procedures, and ensuring all works meet regulatory and company standards. Occasional site visits and hybrid working arrangements are part of the role.
Requirements:

Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and related compliance standards

Experience coordinating compliance within property services or maintenance

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence for site visits
