Contracts Manager – Commercial Refurbishment & Fit-Out
Location: Flexible (minimum 1 day per week from Rochester office)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance
Type: Permanent | Full-time
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects, including CAT A and CAT B office works. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected by clients. The ability to manage several contracts simultaneously, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee commercial and health & safety compliance is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple refurbishment and fit-out contracts from initiation to completion

Deliver projects to budget, schedule, and quality requirements

Maintain strong client engagement and commercial oversight

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams efficiently

Monitor project performance and report on financials, KPIs, and compliance
About You

Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects, including CAT A/B office works

Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills

In-depth understanding of Health & Safety regulations

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Full UK driving licence
