Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £65,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

The Role
We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a long-term social housing contract based from the Chippenham office. Working closely with senior operational and commercial leaders, you’ll ensure strong commercial controls, accurate forecasting, and full contractual entitlement across repairs, maintenance, voids, capital works, and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure full commercial entitlement under the contract

• Manage schedules of rates and contractual arrangements

• Monitor cost vs value and support data-driven decisions

• Maximise cash flow through accurate invoicing and query resolution

• Produce CVRs, forecasts, and commercial reports

• Support dispute resolution and commercial negotiations

• Maintain financial governance across the supply chain

About You

• QS degree or equivalent, or 5+ years’ relevant experience

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Proven experience in commercial management within property services

• Line management and stakeholder engagement experience

• Full UK driving licence
