Salary: £38,000 per year + Company Van & Fuel Card

The Role
We are recruiting a skilled Plumber / Multi-Trader to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Enfield. The role has a strong plumbing focus, alongside a range of associated multi-trade works, with an emphasis on first-time fixes and excellent resident service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs including leaks, hot & cold water systems, and installations

Complete associated multi-trade works such as tiling, carpentry, patch plastering, and decorating

Accurately record works using a mobile job management system

Carry out risk assessments and comply with health & safety procedures

Work collaboratively with supervisors and operational teams
About You
-
Qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)

Unvented Hot Water Systems certificate

Multi-trade experience within residential repairs & maintenance

Full UK driving licence and strong health & safety awareness
