Salary: £39,500 + 5% bonus
Package: Company van, fuel card & tools

The Role
Carry out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties, delivering safe, high-quality work in line with current IET Wiring Regulations. The role includes EICRs, remedial works, and reactive repairs with a strong focus on first-time fixes and customer service.

Includes a paid on-call rota (1 in 6–8 weeks) with average additional earnings of up to £1,000 per on-call week.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / C&G Electrical qualification

• 18th Edition

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience in maintenance or responsive repairs
