- Complete Fire Stopping Installations, including small to large penetrations and fire door fire stopping.
- Work in flats, housing, care homes, and commercial premises—including confined spaces.
- Ensure all work meets the required standards for safety, quality, and accreditations.
- Consistently achieve agreed performance targets.
- Use all materials, tools, and resources appropriately and safely.
- Follow Health & Safety regulations and maintain best practices.
- A full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (trainees are often placed in a work van alongside an existing operative).
- Confidence and an understanding of using hand and battery-powered tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- A proactive attitude to working safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
