Location: Oldbury, West Midlands, United Kingdom
Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Programme Duration: 2 Years
About the Role:
Are you ready to start a fulfilling career in customer service? We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Customer Service Advisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop essential skills, and work toward a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and clients.
  • Assist with handling and resolving customer complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Contribute to mapping and improving the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Support in reporting and assessing customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activity.
Note: This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive. Some flexibility is required to support departmental success.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Educated to GCSE standard with a minimum of grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
    • Ability to identify and respond to customer needs effectively.
    • A customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
