Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and clients.
- Assist with handling and resolving customer complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Contribute to mapping and improving the end-to-end customer journey.
- Support in reporting and assessing customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Educated to GCSE standard with a minimum of grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to identify and respond to customer needs effectively.
- A customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
