Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Programme Duration: 2 Years

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a permanent position upon successful completion of the programme. You will be working closely with the Office Manager, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and providing exceptional service to residents and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.
  • Arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople, ensuring cost-effective and organized scheduling.
  • Handle queries from residents and make adjustments to appointments when needed.
  • Accurately log and maintain all activity and updates in the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Participate in Health & Safety training, induction sessions, and other development activities.
Note: This list is not exhaustive, and some flexibility may be required to support departmental success.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Educated to GCSE standard with a minimum of grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
    • A customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
    • A proactive and organized mindset.
