Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.
- Arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople, ensuring cost-effective and organized scheduling.
- Handle queries from residents and make adjustments to appointments when needed.
- Accurately log and maintain all activity and updates in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Participate in Health & Safety training, induction sessions, and other development activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Educated to GCSE standard with a minimum of grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- A proactive and organized mindset.
