Overview

Job Opportunity: Site Manager / Quality Control Manager
Location: Midlands-based project for 6 months, with flexibility to commute to future projects in London and the South Coast
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years in site or quality management
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in construction management, ensuring the highest standards in site supervision and quality control? We are hiring Site Managers and Quality Control Managers to oversee critical projects and drive excellence on-site.

Key Responsibilities 

For Site Managers:
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire on-site teams to deliver project goals.
  • Logistical Management: Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules.
  • Technical Oversight: Utilize technical tools and software to ensure project accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges swiftly with effective solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and industry regulations.
  • Financial Awareness: Monitor budgets and costs to maintain project profitability.
For Quality Control Managers:
  • Quality Oversight: Ensure all work meets technical and quality standards on-site.
  • Documentation: Manage and compile QA activities and reports for stakeholder review.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on QC matters.
  • Technical Supervision: Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement quality improvements and best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience in site or quality management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with technical tools, software, and quality documentation systems.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
