Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Reporting to: Head of Construction

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities.
- Ensure work adheres to specifications, is delivered on time, and stays within budget.
- Conduct and record regular site inspections.
- Enforce adherence to approved method statements.
- Deliver toolbox talks and briefings.
- Keep line managers informed about site issues.
- Ensure operatives complete all required documentation.
- Track and document daily work production.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of materials as needed.
- Monitor and track site progress to support delivery teams and the Head of Construction.
- Provide backup to the Head of Construction when required.
- Offer business/statutory advice and support to administrative teams.
- Ensure all site and business documentation is completed accurately and revised as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Attend site meetings, administration, and general staff meetings as required.
- Provide input to develop and improve existing systems.
- Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally with a high-end residential project background (>£750k).
- Certificate of Higher Education (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Based in or near West London (preferred).
- Professional approach to work and colleagues.
- Strong management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of multitasking while remaining organised.
- Articulate, well-groomed, and flexible.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report deficiencies in work systems or equipment that could risk safety or service delivery.
- Use all work equipment and PPE in accordance with training.
- Report any issues or training needs to your line manager or through the incident reporting system.
