The Role:
The Scheduler Analyst is a key position within the Productivity Team, focusing on optimising scheduling practices, improving resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency. This data-driven and analytical role requires a proactive approach to evaluating schedules, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, capacity management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Management: Work closely with the Scheduling and Operations Teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, gaps, or overlaps, ensuring alignment with business needs and productivity targets.

Productivity Analysis and Reporting: Analyse schedules to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration and Alignment: Liaise with Scheduling Teams to maintain clear communication and apply best practices consistently.

Process Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing resource management and operational productivity.
Requirements:

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis abilities to evaluate schedules, identify trends, and propose improvements.
