The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our busy operational team. You will play a key role in planning and scheduling work efficiently, ensuring a high-quality service for our residents and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to residents and customers

Schedule and arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organised manner

Handle resident queries and update appointment schedules accordingly

Reschedule appointments using our planning tools

Log and track jobs within our job management system/database

Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to effectively organise workloads
Requirements:

Previous experience in a call centre environment

Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work to targets

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
