About the Role As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and managing domestic retrofit projects from inception to completion. Your efforts will ensure projects are safe, high-quality, and achieve their maximum potential, all while adhering to industry standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Plan, organise, and oversee domestic retrofit projects, protecting both the client and the public throughout the process.
  • Risk & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct initial and ongoing risk assessments for each project.
    • Ensure projects comply with PAS 2035:2019 standards and lodge via the TrustMark data warehouse.
  • Client & Contractor Support:
    • Provide informed advice to consultants and contractors.
    • Reassure clients that risks are effectively managed and quality is upheld.
  • Reporting & Evaluation:
    • Complete client reports, carbon calculations, medium-term plans, and options appraisals.
    • Undertake post-construction evaluations to measure success and identify lessons for future projects.
  • On-Site Oversight:
    • Monitor energy efficiency installations and provide toolbox talks if necessary.

    • Passion for the repairs and maintenance industry.
