Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan, organise, and oversee domestic retrofit projects, protecting both the client and the public throughout the process.
- Risk & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct initial and ongoing risk assessments for each project.
- Ensure projects comply with PAS 2035:2019 standards and lodge via the TrustMark data warehouse.
- Client & Contractor Support:
- Provide informed advice to consultants and contractors.
- Reassure clients that risks are effectively managed and quality is upheld.
- Reporting & Evaluation:
- Complete client reports, carbon calculations, medium-term plans, and options appraisals.
- Undertake post-construction evaluations to measure success and identify lessons for future projects.
- On-Site Oversight:
- Monitor energy efficiency installations and provide toolbox talks if necessary.
- Essential Skills:
- A willingness and keen interest to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for the repairs and maintenance industry.
