Responsibilities
- Attend Resident Surgeries, supporting vulnerable individuals by reporting repairs and keeping residents and scheme managers informed on progress.
- Organise and attend consultation events and meetings as required.
- Identify resident vulnerabilities and liaise with housing officers or support services to provide appropriate assistance. Work with the Performance Team to ensure all identified vulnerabilities are accurately recorded in our systems.
- Investigate and register complaints, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and in line with company and client procedures.
- Handle MP and Councillor enquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and communicating outcomes effectively to residents and clients.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable residents, with the ability to adapt your communication style to meet individual needs.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment is essential.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
- Flexibility to travel between various sites and attend evening meetings as needed.
