Key Responsibilities:

As a Multitrader, you will:

• Adhere to all regulatory standards in every aspect of your work.
• Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and in confined spaces, under various conditions.
• Maintain a fully equipped and functional toolkit at all times.
• Update and manage accurate records, including PDA database information.
• Assess required works and provide associated cost estimations.

Requirements:

• Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong health and safety awareness, ensuring policies and procedures are met at all times.
• Experience:
  • Skilled in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.
• Flexibility:
  • Willing to work in various reasonable locations across the town or city.
