Job Title: Multi-Trader
Location: Clacton-on-Sea
Pay Rate: £21 per hour
Duration: Approx. 6 months

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team for a residential refurbishment project in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on a long-term project, carrying out a variety of tasks to a high standard.

As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• General repairs and refurbishment work
• Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
Proven experience in a Multi-Trader role
Strong skills in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating)
Own tools and PPE preferred
CSCS card (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving license (preferred)
