About the Role We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our successful refurbishment team in the Wiltshire area, specializing in planned works projects within occupied residential properties.

Key Responsibilities As a Floor Layer, you will:

• Undertake variable jobs, including:
  • Cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles, and latex applications.
  • Domestic floor laying within tenanted properties.
• Provide excellent customer service in a customer-facing environment while working in occupied properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and your customers.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in floor laying is essential.
• NVQ qualification (or equivalent) in a recognised trade is highly desirable.
• A motivated and goal-driven approach to work, with the ability to meet individual and team targets.
• Possession of a full, current UK Driving License is essential. Use of a company van will be discussed at the interview stage.
