The Role:
As an Electrician, you will undertake routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure electrical systems and appliances are safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to industry standards.
• Diagnose, trace, and rectify faults, ensuring systems are safe and fully operational.
• Report all non-compliant installations or faulty appliances.
• Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units.
• Carry out rewiring for both occupied and void domestic properties.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18th Edition and 2391 Electrical Testing Qualification.
  • Level 3 NVQ in electrical installation or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in EICR testing within social and private housing sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
