The Opportunity

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the operational delivery of a kitchen and bathroom contract with a hands-on approach.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop a direct labour team, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing support and engagement.
- Instill a culture of ownership and responsibility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Maintain and monitor robust Health and Safety measures, ensuring the well-being of your team and others.
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally, fostering collaboration between operational and commercial teams.
- Balance your time between site visits to maintain productivity and office work to ensure procedures and reports are up to date.
