Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Cheltenham, GL50
Salary: £54,913.00 (including car allowance)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

The Opportunity

 This is an excellent opportunity to lead, empower, and inspire a team while delivering quality results for our customers and clients.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the operational delivery of a kitchen and bathroom contract with a hands-on approach.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop a direct labour team, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing support and engagement.
  • Instill a culture of ownership and responsibility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and monitor robust Health and Safety measures, ensuring the well-being of your team and others.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally, fostering collaboration between operational and commercial teams.
  • Balance your time between site visits to maintain productivity and office work to ensure procedures and reports are up to date.
