Salary Range: £60,000 - £85,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Oversight: Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring terms are met and risks mitigated.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, costs, and commercial activities to ensure financial health.
- Compliance & H&S: Ensure projects meet all health, safety, and industry-specific standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of envelope cladding and associated construction practices.
- Contract Management: Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
- Project Leadership: Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices.
